I find most other plant-based fishballs too bland, hard or chewy for my liking. @eatplant.love fishball's texture (watch video) is perfect for my liking as it is chewy but tender, "bouncy" but easy to bite off. It holds well to external flavours and seasonings such as sambal, which when is just perfect when I ate it with mee pok!
